The Sites are owned and operated by Jhon Bolanos, a resident of the State of Florida, and are also used to promote the businesses he operates, including Emerge Brand Consulting Co., Emerge Business Accelerator, and SmartStart.
The Sites may also promote third-party partners we are affiliated with, such as BankBreezy, offered by David Allen Capital. These partners are independent companies and are not owned or operated by Jhon Bolanos.

Trusted companies that help us run the Sites and our marketing, such as our CRM and website platform (GoHighLevel), email and SMS delivery tools, scheduling tools, analytics providers (Google), and advertising platforms (Meta). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Our businesses. Information may be used across the businesses Jhon Bolanos operates (listed in Section 1) so we can respond to you about the service you are interested in. These are not outside third parties.
• Legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of others.
• Business transfers. If a business or the Sites are sold, merged, or transferred, your information may move to the new owner under the same protections described here.
Affiliate partners. If you click an affiliate link (for example, to BankBreezy) and apply or sign up on the partner's website, the information you enter there is collected directly by that partner, not by us. The partner may tell us that a referral came from our link so we can receive a commission. We will not send your personal information to a partner unless you ask us to connect you.
When we use advertising pixels, the ad platform may receive data about your visit (such as pages viewed). Under some state privacy laws, this can be considered "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can limit it using the choices in Section 5 or by contacting us.
7. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your information for as long as you remain on our marketing lists or as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy. If you ask us to delete it, we will do so unless we are required by law to keep it.

The Sites are intended for adults and business owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Links to Other Websites
The Sites may link to other websites, including partner, affiliate, and social media sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies.
12. International Visitors
The Sites are operated from the United States. If you visit from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
